About the Workshop
What’s it about?
Do you ever feel stuck? You go through the motions, doing what needs to be done without overthinking, just making it to the next day. Yet, there’s sometimes a voice inside, urging you to stop, to take a moment, and to recalibrate. It asks the tough questions: What am I doing? Is this truly what I want? Is this who I want to be? Is this who I am?
UnMake Your Box is a fun, intensive, engaging, interactive, and creative 3-hour workshop where we will:
Become aware of the box. Through icebreakers, warm-up activities, pair work, a group discussion, and a DIY creative task, we will identify limitations being imposed on us by others and by ourselves.
Unmake the box. Through an energizer, a tutorial, and two creative tasks, we will determine and connect with the actions and behaviors true to us.
Create your own adventure. In the guided exercise, “Get What You Want by Knowing What You Want, we will clearly define how you want to shape your life and learn a few simple, actionable steps to start right away.

This workshop is for individuals and professionals of all ages and backgrounds who are currently on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and finding deeper purpose.
Who’s the workshop leader?
Veronica Louis is dedicated to creating and supporting stories and projects that incite curiosity, communication, compassion, connection, and creativity.
With over 20 years of experience, she’s led energizing and interactive workshops that balance fun with meaningful learning. Each workshop includes engaging activities designed to provoke thought and inspire action.
Although she may have her own quirky style, Veronica approaches her work with the best of intentions—deeply committed to the well-being and growth of workshop participants.
