Why unmake boxes?
How we treat others mirrors how we treat ourselves. We have the power to perpetuate or unmake harm. By becoming aware and letting go of our tendency to box ourselves and others in, we open ourselves to new ways of seeing and interacting with the world.
Unmaking these arbitrary boxes not only helps us avoid causing harm but also allows us to stop holding ourselves back, freeing our energy to create more joyful, fulfilling, and purposeful lives.
