And you are not the box, nor do you fit in the box. The box is misconceptions, fallacies, and assumptions. Unmake the box, flatten it, decimate any and all hold it may have on you.
The box was always an illusion.
Be who you want to be.
Stay curious, communicate who you truly are, have compassion for yourself and others. Connect with your true self and with others. Ignite your creativity.

How we treat others mirrors how we treat ourselves. We have the power to perpetuate or unmake harm. And it starts with introspection. By becoming aware and letting go of our tendency to box others and ourselves in, we open ourselves to new ways of seeing and interacting with the world.
Unmaking these arbitrary boxes helps us avoid causing harm as well as channel our energy into creating more joyful, fulfilling, and purposeful lives.
